Three-part food commos ordered and got two pieces combos and no forks to the side with. I guess next time we'll check every box and bags before we leave the window.

Thought it opened at 10:30 a.m.,arrived at 10:45. Waited until 11 when they started taking orders. They were only taking exact change,debit or credit cards. Foood was ready when i got to window. The food was prepared correctly and tasted great?. If you did an online order then you can go inside to pick it up.

They forgot an item in my online order and when I returned to tell them I was told “I’m not going to give you anything it doesn’t pop up on my computer”. This was said by a manager and she yelled it. She refused to look at my receipt and never gave me the missing item.

Omg! If this is the one on Mt Elliott and Gratiot it was horrible!! I had ordered a chicken sandwich and had to take it back because it was old and dark! Terrible. Got another one and that one wasn't done couldn't eat it I just threw the whole meal away!! I went the other day and they didn't have any sides charged me for a large gravy that I didn't get chicken was warmed up from the day before the manager was nasty pushed my money into my hand causing it to fall on the ground hollering we're doing the best we can really nasty and the outside needs to be clean throw the whole establishment away!

I spent close to 50 dollars an they for got two things in my order didn't noticed it until I got home so yeah I hated it
