Fire House Bistro - Destrehan

Have eaten here a few times, always timely and fast service. Some comfort food, mixed with good southern spices and turns to make it worth returning. Burgers are a firm victory, philly cheese is another favorite, the owners are usually there and lead a clean, tight ship. He believed to have more options here.

Burger was definitely worth 5 stars, one of the best I had in a long time. There are some room for improvements in the service regarding time. Service is friendly and beautiful, it takes only longer than expected. I hope this will improve as they work out the bends

I'm glad we have a reasonable breakfast and lunch in the middle of Destrehan. The staff here is pleasant and quite fast. Breakfast is quite normal, but the coffee is fresh, the hash brews are crispy (which is good in my book! and the goose are creamy. I like you can order the grits with cheese added. If they have a special lunch, it is generally good and a step up from the normal menu offers. This is also fine, but generally not as good as the specials. Prices are reasonable, both for breakfast and lunch. I really hope this works: we had three companies in this location over the last four years, and I want this success to be successful.

Very homie atmosphere, food was amazing! Perfectly cooked to order and on the table before I finished my first drink!!
