Pizza Hut - Destelbergen

I went to Hut once and the food was extremely spicy! I'll definitely remember that for next time I go.

It had been a while since I last visited this restaurant, but I was very pleased with the ambiance, the food, and the excellent service. I will definitely be returning in the future.

Ample parking right outside the entrance, which was fantastic. The service was pleasant. We called ahead to order for a large group, and everything was prepared and ready to enjoy the delicious hot pizza. Unlimited soda available as well.

Overall, the service at this restaurant is excellent. I highly recommend trying the salad with pizza (garden lover), as it was delicious.

Furthermore, an older server reprimanded my husband for trying to add a cup of tomato soup to his pizza buffet, stating that soup was not included. Again, there was no signage or communication regarding this rule. In all our previous experiences with Pizza Hut's pizza buffet, the salad bar was always included. I am disappointed by the lack of clear communication regarding the buffet rules and policies, as well as the behavior of the server towards us. Additionally, I found their advertisement for the Chef's menu misleading, as the price advertised did not include certain dishes, as stated in small print. After being a loyal customer of Pizza Hut for over five decades, this experience was the most disappointing. The lack of response from Pizza Hut's parent company, Top Brands, regarding my concerns only adds to my disillusionment. It seems that customer service satisfaction is not a priority for them.
