Today was my last visit to Dessels Court and it was outrageous! Two weeks ago, my friends and I dined there and encountered a mistake in our order. Despite the menu stating 7 scampis in a dish, we only received 6. Today, when I returned with a group of five, I again experienced a similar issue with my dish missing one scampi. I tried to address the issue with the chef, but was met with excuses and apologies. Additionally, I noticed a price discrepancy between the website and the menu, prompting me to speak with the management. Unfortunately, the response I received was unfriendly and unhelpful, with the manager claiming the website was outdated and not their responsibility. Overall, my experience at Dessels Court was disappointing and I would caution others against dining there due to their lack of transparency and customer service.
Today was my final visit to Dessel's Court. Absolutely outrageous! There are no other words to describe it. Two weeks ago, I dined with friends and they both ordered the "salad foam" dish, which was listed as having 7 scampis. However, they were served with only six scampis and were given excuses for the missing two. Today, I returned with five people to Dessel's Court. My partner and I selected our dishes from the restaurant's website. I ordered the wok dish with 7 scampis, but was only served six. I raised my concerns with the staff, who apologized for the mistake. However, when we received the bill, there was a discrepancy between the prices listed on the website and the menu, with the latter being almost twice the amount. I brought this to the attention of the management, who claimed that the website was outdated by four years and blamed it on a mistake. Furthermore, they informed me that ordering online would incur an additional charge of 15 euros. It's clear that potential diners should be cautious when visiting Dessel's Court, as the management seems untruthful and deceptive.
Today for the last time in the dessels court. Outrageous! No other words. We went out to dinner with friends weeks ago, they both ordered salad foam in the book, clearly con, the court is served, which apparently both con men are, excuses from the bass and extrampis. Today we brought people back to the dessels court. Me and my partner picked out our dishes on the website htp ww. That's where everybody makes the choice I ordered with scampis, which turns out I can only find it in my vows, so I'm gonna talk. The cook was in charge this weekend, too. Apologies from here so far. I did it purely because she can't see who ordered it from the kitchen, she must have noticed it weeks ago, she would have made the cook considerate, changed rule. When we got the account, I saw a prize disagreement between the website and the menu card that was almost up again, I called the bosses this time. She was a lot less friendly, and she claimed that the website was old, but not my problem or good, she also said that the website was just a few prizes that were not unlike the courts to suggest that the courts spoke a lie. Also, if you want to order something online, sorry, sir, it's more expensive the website's ankle prize and it's already old. What a joke. So people who want to go to the dessels court are warned, on a lie or less, the boss is full of it.
