What User doesn't like about Williams Chicken:
I just spent nearly $30 on some overly dried fries. I usually check my order before leaving, but this is the first time I've had an issue. If they wouldn’t eat this food themselves, why serve it to customers? I’ve tried calling multiple times, but the voicemail is full. I’m very disappointed. Can we do better, please? Food rating: 1/5. Mr. Rob has excellent people skills. I wasn't feeling well and could only manage to eat corn fritters, so he made a fresh batch and had them delivered to me. I truly appreciate that!
This Williams Chicken location is terrible. The person at the drive-thru window overcharged my card without mentioning anything. I noticed him glance at the receipt in a strange way before folding it and handing it to me. Later, I happened to check my receipt and realized I had been overcharged. This really says a lot about the integrity of this establishment.
Great job tonight, everyone! I was a bit hesitant to stop by because I’ve had a few bad experiences at other locations, even though I love this place. However, your customer service was excellent, from the drive-thru to the window! Keep up that amazing positive attitude. I will definitely be coming back!
I went to order lunch. Decided to go in lobby. When I walked in NOBODY SAID NOTHING. there were 5 employees in the back. The cook, a young girl wondering around, an older woman yelling at the cook. Another woman at the drive thru taking orders andsending customers to park, while food was ready and just sitting. And an older male employee who was soupose to be takingorders, buying lawn mower equipment or something outside. I waited 5 min, nothing. So I say, HI CAN I ORDER AT WINDOW INSIDE. Hell must of been speaking another language, cause no one said nothing. So now I'm just standing, the older lady yelling at thecook. Looks at me and proceed to yell at the cook again, TELL THE GUY OUTSIDE HE GOT A ORDER At THE WINDOW. HE OUTSIDE BUYINGLAWN EQUIPMENT. Still no one even said a half a word to me. I wait and wait another 4 mins. Really wanted that fresh friedchicken just sitting not getting served/. Said f it and went across to Popeyes. Poor customer service. Someone could have saidHi be with you in a min, or please go through drive thru. Nothing
I'm a huge fan of Williams Chicken. I've eaten at every single one in the DFW area. This place was the worst! This location is NOT marinating at all!! Corporate wants the locations to marinate for 24 hours in a buttermilk/salt brine. If they don'tmarinate it's tasteless well the flour breading is still ok but it's not enough trust me. Their fries were not even salted, justplain jane fried potato. Lesson learned
