My experience in this Whataburger was great. Two people in the Drive-Thru window were thrilled. I was aware of the lack of some things that were treated by the way the lady man was in the window. The food was hot, the pommes were hot. I was good. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Whataburger:
Sausage Service EVER! The manager Jennifer was incredibly rude and used vile language LOUD. Short lady I think the GM was rude and standing there when she looked out. When I got my shake, I bite a bit crispy and it turned out to be a maggot looking for a mistake. Unacceptable. The meat to my burger was dry and hard. Not enough people who made the wait longer. The new Chili Burger was tasteless the chili was yuk. Probably some salt or spices. Food: 3/5
I personally, believe they have one of the best milkshakes in the restaurant business. Period!Food: 5/5
Fast ordering and friendly service. Fresh and delicious strawberry shake is sooo delicious “hit the spot”.
