The food wasn't as good as I remembered - the ribs were sour, the b... read more I hadn't ordered from this restaurant in a while but was disappointed by the recent changes. The food wasn't as good as I remembered - the ribs were sour, the brisket was tough and fatty, and the Mac and cheese tasted old and overly seasoned with black pepper. I ended up throwing out the whole plate. It was a waste of $20.

I placed my order through Uber Eats and was pleasantly surprised that my food arrived hot. I ordered spicy sausage, greens, mac and cheese, and their famous BANANA PUDDING. Let me tell you, the banana pudding was absolutely AMAZING! It was the best banana pudding I have ever tasted. Please pass on my compliments to the chef who made it. I will definitely be ordering more food and dessert from this place again soon!

After ordering I was told that there was not enough mild sausage to fill the order and asked if I would like rib tips instead, since they were the same price. I said yes. After getting home I saw there was sausage and brisket. So I thought there was enough sausage to fill the order. I got home and served my mom the sausage and brisket. Come to find out all the sausage was spicy and my mom ended up spending the next two days in the hospital. As I was waiting I heard the argument that you should treat thy neighbors as you would treat thy own. I would never think that they would intentionally poison my mother just because they felt like they wanted to. We were offered rib tips and got nothing but spicy sausage in our order which was specifically requested not to have due to medical reasons. Because of that my mother spent two nights in the hospital and I will never again bye from this place! Because according to the kid in the back what does it matter, we're White.
