When I returned, the burger was undercooked, and the chili cheese fries were old and stale. I intend to bring this to the attention of your general manager, as it's completely unacceptable to get people's orders wrong, especially mine.

However, they only provided one of the sh... read more I ordered two Double Meat Whataburger Junior Combo Meals along with the limited-time White Chocolate Raspberry Shakes. However, they only provided one of the shakes at first and informed me that the other one would be ready in 10 minutes, which it wasn't. By the time the second shake was finally ready, our food had already cooled down. I requested complimentary fries, but the manager refused my request. Ultimately, I had to microwave our food myself. The manager should have waited to give us our complete order instead of hurrying us through the process. I was very disappointed with the service.

You can easily tell something is off when the cheese doesn’t melt onto the patty before you even take your first bite.

Overall, this place is better than many fast food spots I've visited recently!
