Sweetsie Bakery and Cafe - DeSoto

Love this place! I was looking for some candy to eat and found this place on Google. We started with lemon cookies and peach cookies and they were so good that I sent my husband back to bring me more cookies. He came home with the Cajun creation egg roll and that was incredible! He's on a mission to try all her egg rolls. Today he has the soul role and he loved it. The place is clean and the customer service is wonderful! Very recommended!

If you? Re a fan of warm sandwiches and sweet treats, you need to try Sweetsie Bakery Cafe! I'm a big fan of the RYG Panini and the sweet potato fries. My wife absolutely loves the Greek salad with shrimps and egg rolls. I like this place so much that I at any time from state real estate buyers in the city, I always recommend Sweetsie Bakery Cafe. When we have time, I try to swing and take a quick bite to show them the local taste. This place is consistent.

I'm leaving a star because no stars don't survive my point. For my big niece 13 birthday this was one of the stations. An employee, perhaps the owner, not sure... turned off her open sign and said we close at eight. What part of our party was STILL food! It's not like we went to the house at 8:00 or five minutes to 8:00, it was a tad past 7:00! ...I have experienced NIE such an outrage! Never! And MA'AM, you need some customer service skills! Update: The owner has addressed the problem and I will give them another attempt. The food is very good and the young lady at the front counter was very sweet. Thanks to the owner for addressing.

Update: After the meeting, went and got the pepperoni pizza, soul roll, and cheeseburger egg rolls. Got 3 so I could share with my hubby. They may not make it home for sharing. Sorry hun!! ?? OMG! I am at a meeting where Sweetsie catered. I am not a fan of eggs. However, I thought I would still try the steak and egg and ham and egg egg rolls. They were awesome!! I didn 't even remember I was eating eggs. AMAZING And I also had a peach cookie . Indescribably delicious!! I don 't wanna look gluttonous and go get another cookie!

Oh my goodness. I know I am late to the game but I finally tried this place out. WOW. The food is really good. Sandwiches, salads, paninis and I know it sounds weird but egg rolls. Not your usuall egg rolls, I'm talking out philly cheese steak egg rolls, pepperoni egg rolls, just to name a couple. Then the cookies and pies are amazing. Did I mention rolled ice cream. Go to this place. Go now.
