They were at... read more I had an excellent experience with the service today. The two staff members efficiently handled all four of our orders without making any mistakes. They were attentive and on top of everything. Plus, I discovered that Subway now offers sliders, which is great for my picky son. He enjoyed his plain slider without cheese, while I went with a fully dressed one.

I would certainly return .. Some say ' Subway is Subway '.. I beg to differ..This one was one of the few that I would visit again..

Kid-friendliness: She helped my son make his sandwich with pride and patience.

After I... read more I visited the Subway location #27280 and ordered a 6-inch Philly. I always heat the meat separately first and then combine it with the cheese and bread. After I explained my preference, the employee turned to me and said that I was making her do extra work. She even asked why I like my sandwich made that way! I mentioned that I have an eating disorder and that the way I requested it is the only way I can eat it. Instead of being understanding, she insisted that it was the same when heated together, and I felt like I was being treated as an inconvenience. It's hard to believe, but this is your job! This location is very convenient for me, as I live just two minutes away and frequently have doctor appointments nearby. I have always considered myself a loyal customer. After this experience, I honestly feel like my business wasn’t valued and that I was a burden to this employee. No customer should ever walk into a place of business and be treated the way I was tonight.
