Most mornings I have the pleasure of stopping at Starbucks with friends and family. We are always greeted with a cheerful smile while in the drive thru. Our wait in the line is usually less than five minutes. When our voices are heard the employee completes our order for us as they know what we will be getting. What User doesn't like about Starbucks:
I often visit Dieucks. When my sister and I were driving out of town, we noticed the sign for this place on I-35 and decided to stop for a drink. It turned out to be a big mistake. The service was extremely slow and the staff was rude. It took us 30 minutes to get our drinks, even though they weren't very busy. If we hadn't already paid, we would have left. Goodness, this location can't seem to keep items in stock..It's in a great place, right off the freeway, maybe order extra items
They were friendly but 3-4 days out of my 7 day stay in DeSoto they were out of anything mocha.. don't know how Starbucks can let this happen. I am from Seattle so maybe I'm just used to how this run in Washington. Needless to say I was not happy with having to figure something else out.
This restaurant is extremely quiet. If you have visited one before, you'll find many similarities with this one.
The sign outside says they are open, but despite that, you can't go inside after a certain time.
