Food was mediocre, service was substandard. The owner is incredibly rude. Look at how they respond to critical reviews. Imagine how rude they are in person. They have a convenient excuse for every mishap instead of taking accountability. To the owner, since I know you will read this because you have time to respond to every review: maybe stop getting drunk during your shift and attend to your business? I know your marriage is falling apart but please don?t take that out on the patrons. Be blessed : ??

I like going to this bar. For the past 3 weeks drinks and food have been taking forever to get. I don't blame staff because I've been watching them run with their heads cut off. If you fire 5 people then hire 5. Teach people what you expect, instead of firing to show dominance. Thanks for responding, but the way your working staff is killing them. It's your business, but haven't seen mgt helping at bar. I will still come but giving my feedback.

This review is based on my experience at the new location. I was charged for a drink and appetizer I did not receive. I informed my waitress and she shared the issue with an employee at the bar. I provided the necessary info and I thought it was rectified prior to leaving. Unfortunately, after checking my bank statements, I was credited $2 and still charged the incorrect amount. I disputed the charge with my bank. Unfortunately, the claim was reversed. I want to say that the people that tried to assist me that night were kind. However, this has been frustrating so I'll just cut my losses now share my experience.

I visited this location recently. The atmosphere was cool, drinks were okay, but the women's restroom was gross. It had a odor. The first stall had the door open and the toilet was not flushed due to it being broken. I went into the stall next to it and the lid on the back of the toilet was up like this toilet had issues as well. I had to go and had no other choice and the toilet did work. Thank God. The walls are covered with who knows what. The bathroom had a foul odor and it?s like this every time I?ve visited. This was my last time coming here. With the money being made at this establishment and other locations opening that look way better than this one I do not understand why this location in a predominantly black neighborhood does not get the attention that the other locations do. Because of this one being kept the way it is it makes me not want to patronize any of the other establishments. First impressions are lasting impressions. If the bathroom looks like this I?d hate to see what the kitchen looks like. Staff uses this bathroom and I know they?ve said something. Every time i visit the toilets are out of order and the bathroom has not been cleaned.

This place is dope! Good food, sports games and atmosphere. I hope this joint can continue to expand and grow the brand! Love this joint! I'm from Chicago and we can be pretty picky on stuff. But I'll gladly drive thirty minutes for a good time.
