Dairy Queen - DeSoto

Management at this location is the worst. I felt bad for the kids working there, having to deal with upset customers because of incompetent management. 20+ minutes per order, they didn’t have condiments, no napkins, half the menu was unavailable smh just the worst. Hope their employees leave that place because they don’t deserve that.

I’m at the drive through window and a woman is nursing a baby, kids are in front of the 2nd window where they hand the food out. Then the guy that took my order came back and said if I had food?!?? Is this a nursery or restaurant?!?

This DQ is sad and pathetic...they really need to replace the management. First off it smelled like old mop water when I entered that was the first red flag. How is business still running when you don't have anything...no bananas, no chicken, no burritos, no ice, no jilitos. I mean c'mon DQ. Yall renovated the establishment for it to still be garbage. And after trying to give yall the benefit of doubt, your front cashier couldn't put the lid on the cup securely which spilled everywhere on my pants and the floor you proceeded to mop it up with that disgusting smelling mop water. The owner needs to know that yall absolutely NEED to do better! And at the end of my visit...my Sprite with no ice ended up being carbonated water. JUST UTTERLY RIDICULOUS!!! STOP PLAYING GAMES AT WORK... IT'S WORK

I didn't get to take pictures of the beautiful food that was presented to me. However I have many genuine great things to say. To me, this is the best DQ I've ever been to (and I'm gone to several). The guy and the girl that took my order and gave me my food were professional and speedy. My order was taken with ease and my food came out fast fresh. My tenders, fries, shake were all great. I could tell it all was made and handled with extra care.

We had the pleasure of visiting Dairy Queen with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. We ordered two blizzards and then drove to the window. The you lady at the window was very dry, not social or personable at all. Then she gave us our blizzards with a lid on top. After waiting about 8 minutes for the blizzard, we just drove away shaking our heads. Our Purpose Is Your Blessing
