Description

A compact neighborhood gem marrying crisp, well-crafted bánh mì with creamy bubble tea and smoothies. Fresh ingredients, smooth blends (notably taro) and reasonable prices make it a reliable stop for commuters, picnickers, and casual diners. Non-dairy options, a cozy seating area and an Instagrammable wall add charm, while friendly, often speedy service shines. Occasional lapses — brief inattentiveness at the counter and rare watery drinks — temper an otherwise delightful, flavor-forward experience worth seeking out.

Fantastic Bahn Mi and Boba! Everything is incredibly fresh and made with great attention to detail. If you're in the mood for some sweet milk tea or boba, definitely check out TeaCup! Food: 5/5

I visited this restaurant for the first time yesterday afternoon and was disappointed by the experience. Upon arrival, I was not greeted or acknowledged at all. I had questions about the menu, but the cashier was unhelpful and seemed uninterested. When it was time to place my order, I encountered Quinn, who was quite rude and provided terrible customer service, which affected the overall atmosphere of the place. Additionally, the drinks I ordered were very watered down. I will definitely not be returning. If you're in the area or willing to drive a bit, I highly recommend checking out the new bubble tea shop, Bubble Loves Boba! You won't regret it!

Bánh mì sandwiches were fresh and boba was nice! It was a nice surprise to find this in Des Moines. Service was fast and friendly. I would come here again, especially on days when I want a marina picnic.

Ooooohjh 4.5 star!!! I can see why this place has such high ratings. There is no frills or anything, pretty straight forward place. You can either get bubble tea, or banh mi. Price is very reasonable. I got the tofu banh mi $6.5) and oh man, it was soooo nostalgic. It reminded me of a sandwich I eat all the time as a kid. The flavor was on point the bread has a good amount of crunch and chew. Every component was distinguish and I like the different textures from the cucumber and jalapenos. Overall, one of the best sandwiches around
