Description
Bridies Chippy in Hatmore presents a mixed bag of experiences for diners. Many rave about the crispy, high-quality fish and chips, highlighting friendly service that enhances the experience. Some guests cite it as an excellent choice for its chicken boxes and affordable specials. However, recent price hikes and inconsistent portion sizes detract from the overall value, with complaints about delays and food quality surfacing as common themes. Despite these issues, it remains a local favorite for some, ensuring a blend of memorable meals amid a backdrop of fluctuating service and pricing concerns. Overall, patrons should weigh the positives against the negatives.

I visited Bridies Hatmore tonight and ordered chicken tenders. When I took them home and opened the bag, they were burnt black on the outside and raw in the middle. I will not be returning to this restaurant again. The staff were rude and unhelpful. The only good thing I can say is that it would be best if this place closed down soon.
It's okay for a casual diner experience, but it varies depending on which location you visit.
My husband and I were looking for good fish and chips and found them here. The young lady who was working the shop was delightful. We received 1 order of fish and chips which was plenty for both of us. With plenty of salt and vinegar added it was delicious. We are in our car by the River Foyle. Made for a fantastic memory on our vacation
