Lovely Costa Coffee in Dereham, staff are always friendly and have time to make you feel welcome. Always clean and tidy, light and spaceous. Really enjoy coffee here with friends and I use my reward card to earn points for free coffee!! With summer upon us, the cold drinks menu is on offer which is a nice change to just the normal menu. A great spot to stop when shopping or just to catch up with friends and family View all feedback.

Had lovely service from Theressa who took time to explain to us the benefits of Costa over rival coffee shops even making two tiny expresso coffees Costa way and Starbucks way in a blind taste test. Something she didn't have to do but I feel truly educated and well served by a passionate employee. Big thumb up Costa !
