We seem to go any day but free pie day. Our timing is off and our radar is broken too. My wife is vegetarian and able to pick the sides she wants. Not a lot of restaurants offer this. She had lunch and I at breakfast, which was on point as usual. Food and service was and is good it seems, all the time. And thanks for the 'military discount '.
We decided to mix up our morning routine and visit Village Inn. The food was delicious, the coffee was great, and the French silk pie was outstanding. Although it took a bit longer than usual to receive our breakfast and coffee, the overall service was good. The atmosphere was relatively quiet with few unruly children, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a great experience.
