A great Starbucks found in the Derby Market Place right off of Rock Road. Always well staffed with dependable service. The baristas and their professionalism are what make this coffee and drink spot superior than the ones north on Rock Road like Dunkin and Dutch Bros. What Suga Wallz doesn't like about Starbucks:
We ordered four drinks during a busy Saturday morning. While the first three arrived promptly, we had to wait 40 minutes for the pumpkin cream cold brew. Each time I inquired about its status, I was told they were “backed up,” which I understood given the rush. I always hit the Derby Starbucks for a quick caffeine fix. Not only does their app have nutrition information and a tremendously easy way to modify existing items, it's easy to use! However, the open time was incorrect and I ordered 30 minutes before they opened...anything! I pulled up to the window to see what was going on and the lady kindly explained to me that it's incorrect and hasn't been changed but as soon as 5:30 hits she'll be able to get my drinks to me ASAP. She let me sit in the drive thru for 15 minutes and handed me my drinks promptly at 5:30. It's hard to be nice to anyone at 5 am, especially if they're watching you open a store but she was great and didn't laugh at me!
