The food was excellent. The service was just okay—my online order was supposed to be ready upon arrival in 3 minutes, but it took an additional 20 minutes. The store was clean and the staff were friendly. Since this isn’t my regular location, I’ll assume it was an off day. If they improve next time, I’ll gladly give an extra star.
This is hands down the best KFC in the state, family-owned and operated. The food is always fresh, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The restaurant is consistently spotless. Once a month, we order lunch on Saturdays for a group of forty, and everyone loves KFC. Keep up the great work!
I had never tried KFC before, but I decided to give this location a try. I've visited five times now—mostly using the drive-thru, with one trip inside—and each time, I was welcomed by a friendly, patient, and personable employee at the window or counter. Although it was always a different person, every staff member was consistently polite and cheerful, clearly showing they genuinely cared about my order and wanted to ensure I had a great experience. Their exceptional service motivated me to write my first public review. Hats off to these hardworking and dedicated employees—they truly made my visits memorable!
Robert the manager is rude and nasty. He doesn’t deserve a job there working with customers and young employees. I ordered through the app and when I got to the Derby store, they had no record of my order so I spoke with the manager and showed him my order and my receipt that I paid, and he refused to do anything to help me. He refused to give me my food which happened to be my kids dinner and told me to go call corporate because she wasn’t giving me anything.
