What Leah Hoy doesn't like about Harmonia Collaborative Care:
Very disappointed. I had one great therapist for about 3-4 years, and she left the practice. in this time, I was being put with different clinicians and my meds were being messed up, and I eventually felt so exhausted that i didn’t want to go anymore. I just started going back in January, and now once again, my therapist is leaving the practice. The therapist I spoke to yesterday ended up telling me she won’t start t... View all feedback.
If I could give this place no stars I would, after going to this place for almost 5 years with my fiance and abided by all there rules, never not 1 time peed dirty and going through 4 different counselors and 4 different doctors because no one wanted to stay there , I would never recommend this place to anyone who needs mental health or suboxone treatment. Some of the receptions are kind , for instance Pam and Sherri but the others forget about it , they talk about you when you can here them and are extremely rude to to you when you call there for refills on meds . This place is horrible they were wonderful in the beginning but after a wonderful NP Tracy left because she wasn 't getting the pay she deserved , who i will never forget things went down hill from there, They had no suboxone doctor for months and after giving me my subs and they gave me a bridge script to hold me over till i found one which mind you covid was just starting they sent me on my way , finally I returned because they found a new provider and at the time i liked my counselor Jamie , we clicked and when I started out there they were amazing and unfortunately like everyone else that tends to work there left again to go to a better facility ! Then again they give me a new counselor which minds you takes a bit to get a repore with them all over again , This place only cares for money and doesn 't care about there patients and there real needs, Also how do you call the cops on a patient with mental health issues because of speeding up the steep driveway and he just got just got kicked because she doesnt want to give him a second chance and couldnt help him anymore and needed more help they couldnt give him ? Hello isn 't that what your there for to help people with these problems also but you speed all the time that 's why you got a radar detector in your car you have the audacity to call the cops right after we left and tell them reason for the call was the driver is intoxited WOW , and they kicked my fiance out because he peed dirty only 1 time in all of 5 years going here not one time and the pee was dirty from medicine he was put on and took a none narcotic nerve pill, it wasn 't like it was HERION or pain pills ! DO NOT GO HERE ! trust me they make you feel shittier and feel like you need help from. Them .

This place and the wonderful staff here Saved my Life.
The therapist I spoke to yesterday ended up telling me she won’t start therapy with me because I’m moving to florida for a college program and that my mental illness isn’t severe enough to continue therapy anyways. Offered me an online service instead. Needless to say, i’m done with this service.
I started seeing Megan about 4 years ago, and couldn't be more happy. She treats me like an equal, makes me feel soo comfortable talking to her, and has been just overall amazing helping me throughout so many difficult times in my life. Getting medication has also been very easy, and although there's been a few changes in NP's, I've always been able to get my meds on time. My mom even now has started therapy for the first time in a few decades based off my great experiences here. I've never had any issues, and I cannot recommend them enough!
