My Caesars salad was so extremely drowned in salad dressing that I threw it away and the lettuce wasn't Romaine like it's always been, had I been told they were out of Romain I would have chosen something else. Geez very disappointed. I took a picture and as you can see there wasn't any green lettuce except for maybe a piece or two and swimming in dressing. That was a waste of money for all of us. Blackened shrimp alfredo had barely any alfredo sauce very very dry she said so that was a waste and a bacon cheeseburger was so burnt on one side it was dry and burnt. The breaking Rock rita was GREAT. FOOD NOT HORRIBLE!
The Bourbon Street Chicken with grilled shrimp is my favorite dish, and it was absolutely delicious!
We visited the restaurant to enjoy the unlimited shrimp, riblets, wings, and a cocktail. However, the cocktail needed to be remade three times before it resembled anything close to what was pictured on the menu. The first round of food was okay; we both ordered the shrimp. For the second round, we intended to have riblets, but they were frozen solid, so we opted for wings instead. We only received four tiny pieces each, and then the manager handed us the check, despite the fact that we hadn’t complained at all. It felt like he was indicating that we were done. Our waiter apologized and received a good tip for his efforts, but I was very disappointed with the way my 74-year-old mother and I were treated by the bartender and the manager on duty.
The 2 for 25 is awesome, such a great deal for those on a budget in today's economy.
We arrived at the restaurant shortly before closing time, and our server, Jaden, was quite rude and made it clear that we weren't welcome. However, the manager, Chris, noticed the situation and apologized for Jaden's behavior. He took over our service and really went above and beyond to make our experience enjoyable. If you have the chance to be served by Chris, you can rest assured you’re in excellent hands!
