The basic sandwiches are reliable good, and the Greek Gyro is as good as any that I had while stationed in the region of the Eastern Medditerran, and a lot more accessible, of course. 'Love the curly fries ,too.

Still unhappy about being able to pump my own sauces and have access to the sauces other than Arby's or Horsey and pepperoncini's and pickles, but that is a post pandemic issue, not a storeissue.

The last three times we've ordered through the drive-thru, we didn't rec... read more Arby's needs to improve employee training to ensure they listen carefully to customers. The last three times we've ordered through the drive-thru, we didn't receive any of the sandwiches we actually requested. Since you can't open every sandwich to check at the drive-thru and by the time you get home you don't want to turn around to fix the order, this shows a serious lack of attention to detail. Arby's management, we won't be returning. There are many other options with better service quality. It's a shame because the menu is good—if you ever get what you order.

He was slamming items and shook a paper bag so forcefully that it tore, forcing him to use a new one. His frustration didn’t seem directed at us since we had just arrived, so it appeared to be leftover anger. Additionally, the girl taking orders was difficult to understand due to the extremely loud speaker. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience. On a side note, we waited about 10 minutes longer than the estimated time for our food. Not a huge deal, but it’s definitely not fast.

I would prefer if they used sliced smoked pork loin that fi... read more The barbecue sandwich was okay, but it was quite messy for kids since the rib strips didn’t stay on. I would prefer if they used sliced smoked pork loin that fits better. Maybe they already have a sandwich like that, as this was my first time trying Arby's. The table next to me had Arby's Beef, which looked delicious and will definitely be my next order.
