Pepitos - Derby

The best Mexican, if not in the best restaurant in general in Derby. Went for my birthday and I couldn't ask for a better place to celebrate a special once in a year day. Zenge goes above and beyond to accommodate (mintless mojito is still better than no mojito!

Very tasty chimichanga with paprika fries, I really enjoyed it and very filling. Lovely setting and friendly staff too. If I lived near here this would definitely be a regular spot. Recommended!

Been here at least 6 times, celebrated anniversaries and birthdays here, or just a date night meal. All of the staff are lovely, especially the manager, who is always kind to us. The food is always top tier, never had a bad meal from here. Highly recommend the chicken quesadillas, enchiladas, and their fajitas. The chips and other sides are also lovely. The desserts are beautiful and all the drinks and cocktails are good too. Very strong drinks, just what you'd expect from a Mexican restaurant. The setting is lovely, Mexican music and theme, they even let you wear a sombrero if you ask. Decently priced too. Got 2 meals, a few drinks and a dessert for about £30. Will always come here for as long as I live nearby, and even then.
