The patty was... read more I had the pleasure of visiting Grillzilla in Derby for the first time last week and I was really impressed. The burgers were absolutely delicious! The patty was juicy and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. I also loved the crispy fries and the creamy milkshakes. The service was excellent as well. The staff was friendly and attentive, and they made sure that I had a great dining experience. I would definitely recommend Grillzilla to anyone looking for a delicious burger and a great meal overall. 5/5 stars!

The woman at the front seemed more interested in awkwardly flirting with her boss than serving paying customers. I would recommend avoiding this place at all costs.

Unfortunately, all the food was served cold e... read more I ordered a wrap meal, buffalo wings, 2 sets of hot wings, onion rings, and a piece of chicken at this restaurant. Unfortunately, all the food was served cold except for the wrap. The hot wings were overcooked and dry, while the buffalo wings appeared to have been quickly reheated in the microwave with sauce sloppily poured on top. The skin was wrinkled and the sauce was so hot that it spilled out and burned me through my shirt. Additionally, the chips were missing from my order. I used to be a regular customer but it seems like the quality has really declined. When I called to complain, I was passed around from person to person and received no explanation or apology. It seemed like they didn't care, so I ended up hanging up in frustration.
