Magnolia is pretty consistent with decent quality, timing and service. Although I sat in the curbside pickup parking for 10 minutes before getting out to read the sign on the door that they weren't bringing out food and gas to go to drive through. That's a disconnect between their app service and location capabilities. But food was hot and ready when I got to window, as usual. View all feedback.

Out of all the McDonald's I have ever been to in my 21 years of life, this is the worst facility I have visited. The staff is consistently rude and lacks hospitality skills. My last five visits resulted in my order being completely wrong. The order takers are always impatient and unfriendly. The managers are unhelpful and unresponsive. The late night team is also problematic. For example, one night after work I ordered a McDouble. Despite explaining that I wanted a sandwich without cheese, I was given a Double Cheeseburger instead. When I asked for the correct order, the employee at the window was dismissive and rolled her eyes. After a brief argument, I finally received the correct sandwich, but it was sloppily prepared. Overall, this restaurant consistently delivers poor service with rude employees and constantly incorrect orders.

We were uncomfortable with the lack of hygiene practices and don't plan on returning to this restaurant.
My family and I dined inside the restaurant and found it to be extremely dirty. The staff seemed more interested in chatting amongst themselves rather than assisting customers. We witnessed customers leaving and opting for the drive-thru service instead, as there was no one attending to them in that area. The interior of the seating area had dirty tables and the bathroom was in a very unsanitary condition.

This store makes their cars pull up and wait in the parking lot alot. It’s pretty annoying. I only order a kids meal. Your telling me you don’t have enough fries for that little container in the kids meal? ?The first time I’ve order from here they did the same thing and my order was wrong. So I had to go around and wait in drive thru again.I’m not sure if they want to rank the fastest store, I’ve worked for fast food before. But this needs to stop..
