I visited the restaurant and ordered a milkshake. The flavor was decent, but I am giving it less than 5 stars because they did not have plastic straws. The paper straw they provided was ineffective, as I could barely get any liquid out of it, roughly the size of a tic tac. I checked to see if they had plastic straws, but unfortunately they did not. These Arbys has a uniform level of good service since it opened 1. Never a long wait and meals are ready to order, and I always seem lucky with a fresh batch of curly frits. No problem with the coupons and the mobile app is decent. Register for the email and get an immediate deal in minutes.
Nice clean Arby's. The staff was fast and the food was good. I would definitely recommend that.
Best Arby's experience ever! I came after 2 PM and ordered only in the 2-5PM menu. I was charged almost $3 for a drink that was barely children, and after clear indication that I wanted to drink the 1 dollar. Not cool. This place doesn't have to worry about getting my money back.
I got the slides, two of them. Family rehearsal night. And the curly pumice and 1 shake. Every thing was surprisingly very good. Used drive thru.
Staff was friendly, but extremely oblivious of what is going on. Took nearly 15 minutes to get our order incorrectly given to us. Missing items were met with a frustrated managerial staff. We were given free meal vouchers that were sufficiently expired. To this I was told that it 's fine she knows and they are good forever, it doesn 't matter that there is an expiration date because she always accepts them anyways I will not be returning, which sucks because Arby 's is delicious.
