AMAZING COFFEE ROAST!! I truly love the roast they do on their beans here, one of the very few coast coffee places that roasts their own, and not only that, it tastes amazing (not every roaster is equal in quality.. ..! Staff is always gracious, lattes and mochas are *perfect* .. and their baked goods are some of the best around as well. I just hope they expand their hours as we get into the busy season! What Eric Ernstsen doesn't like about Pirate Coffee Company:
Coffee was pretty good, but the foods were bland and very dry. The idea of the shop is exciting, but I would not chose this as my first option. Still, if the other shops are busy this is a good second option. View all feedback.
My wife and I have been living in Oregon for over 15 years, and Depoe Bay is one of our favorite spots for watching the wild, crashing ocean waves and for whale watching. Despite visiting for all these years, we never stopped by this coffee shop for some strange reason. I must say, this is more than just a "coffee shop." It has a warm, family atmosphere and features a diverse selection of hand-sewn hats and gloves, along with other unique memorabilia and odds and ends. Besides coffee, they also serve scones and various baked goods. The service and products here are as local as it gets, creating a wonderful experience. My wife ordered an extra hot chai latte, while I opted for a regular coffee. We were both really pleased! This is a must-visit spot if you're looking for excellent service and quality coffee and snacks while exploring the coast. If I read the menu correctly, they also offer iced beverages, which would be perfect for the warmer months!
This place offers coffee, snacks, various trinkets, and even roasts its own beans. It's a great spot for a cup of joe.
Fantastic coffee drinks! My wife ordered a Spicy Wench and I tried the Ethically Challenged Merchant Sailor. Both beverages were outstanding. The only downside was the parking situation; we had to drive around for a while to find a spot along Route 101 since there isn't a designated parking area.
Super spendy coffee frozen breakfast sandwiches and burritos. Sticker shock for 3 coffees and 3 sandwiches: $38. They roast their own beans there occasionally. They have some unique gifts and decorations for sale too. Take a pic with the piratestatue out front.
Always great coffee!! And a nice selection of breakfast items and pastries
