I ordered the Impossible Super Mighty Burrito, served hot with sour cream, and it was incredible! The Mighty Cheddar-Jalapeño Crunch Wrap was also fantastic—so large that I could only finish half of it. It had just the right amount of jalapeño spice that I really enjoy! I saved the tortilla chips and cheddar cheese sauce for lunch today because I was so full. Unfortunately, the apple empanada was overcooked and dry,... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Mighty Taco:
Sa last weekend in the Drive-Thru line for over 30 minutes before giving up. Several cars before me also gave up. Had gone earlier, but no way to get out of line to the area where orders are taken. If you don't have any staff, maybe close. It's not new. The problem has been for a few years and it is getting worse, not better. Funny as there is no neighboring business that has staff problems that cause similar bad ser... View all feedback.
While I know that being a manager is challenging, there was a moment when one of the employees stopped what he was doing to loudly cuss out the manager in front of customers in line, which left me in shock. I wanted to leave, but we had already ordered a lot of food. I don't expect five-star service from a fast food place, but there needs to be some level of professionalism. In high-stress situations, a manager should remain calm, support their team, and keep everything running smoothly—not create an environment where employees feel so overwhelmed that they lash out. It seems clear that the owner needs to reassess their staff, as many reviews reflect a similar negative experience. Next time, I think I’ll just stick to the drive-thru to avoid the uncomfortable atmosphere and verbal outbursts. It's disappointing since the food is really good.
The drive-thru was incredibly slow. I found out why when I got to the payment window. I needed a napkin before I could even open my burrito. Has the art of proper wrapping been forgotten? It was quite an experience trying to lick half of the food off the wrapper. I'd give this place zero stars if I could. $15 an hour for this? Really?

That was a bit of a disappointment and felt like a waste of money.
I encountered a long line of customers, yet all the staff seemed to be just standing around. The customer service was the worst I've ever experienced, and the food quality was subpar. Waiting 40 minutes certainly doesn't qualify as "fast food." I am extremely disappointed and suggest hiring new staff.
The salad could use some improvement. The salsa is fairly ordinary, but the burritos and nacho cheese are consistently good.
