I would have left earlier, but there was no way to exit the line until I reached the order area. If you can't staff the place properly, maybe it's time to consider closing down. This isn't a new issue; it has been ongoing for several years and seems to be getting worse, not better. It's interesting to note that nearby businesses aren't experiencing similar staffing problems, which makes this situation all the more frustrating.

The evident lack of leadership at all levels—stemming from corporate down through area and district managers to store management—contributes to the problem. It's no surprise that this location struggles to keep employees and managers, frequently resulting in being short-staffed. With only three people working during peak hours, customers often wait over 20 minutes for their orders. Many other reviews point out this issue, and it’s clear that other restaurants manage to avoid such staffing shortages. Perhaps the corporate and district managers should prioritize these issues instead of fixating on minor details like uniforms or name tags. Furthermore, the flies around the soda machine are unsanitary, but with only three staff members handling everything, maintaining cleanliness becomes impossible. It’s astonishing that anyone in corporate or district management still has a job with such obvious problems.

I sugges... read more I’ve heard the owner talk about a labor shortage, but I’m not sure why this Mighty Taco location consistently has longer wait times compared to others. I suggest trying a different branch. Regardless of the time of day, how busy they are, how many items you order, or whether you go inside or use the drive-thru, you can expect to wait at least 25 minutes for your food. Each time I’ve visited, the staff has been busy and not just standing around, yet this place is honestly the slowest fast-food spot I’ve ever encountered.
