We went for my birthday and celebrated in style! Food was excellent. The Hama chili was by far our favorite with the wild scallop crudo coming in second. The Hot Rock was my husband’s least favorite and I thought the Walu Walu (another friend’s favorite from a different night) was a little stringy and maybe over cooked. What User doesn't like about Uchi Denver:
We had the Omakase ten Course experience. It was wonderful and I enjoyed it very much. My partner however did not enjoy it as much. It is certainly refined and if you aren't a foodie I wouldn't recommend . It was also very pricey. Great way to try alot of the food on the menu and all portions are small even if you order directly from the menu so be prepared so spend some money for a great experience . Overall we enjo... This is the first time we’ve dined here and felt the service matched the quality of the food. Usually, we feel the atmosphere is a little snobbish, but the sushi and flavors are so incredible, we put up with it. This time, server Eman, was over the top! She not only made us feel valued and welcome, she treated us to one of her favorite dishes. Thank you Eman for giving us the best experience we’ve had at Uchi!
