Excellent! The Sunday brunch was perfect. I had avocado toast with smoked salmon salad - what a delicious combination. Other dishes included a shaved Brussels sprout salad with salmon and a Monte Cristo made with waffle batter. Yum! I loved everything, and I'm not usually one to rave about brunch, not to mention the magnificent ambiance. View all feedback.
Great restaurant in a wonderful atmosphere. best service in denver area. I am always looking for more on a menu as I am peskatarian, especially fish / seafood.
We live in Trilogy and are so happy to see our restaurant turned around to be wonderful again. The service was great, wine pour generous, and food excellent. Congratulations staff and keep up the good work!
The food and our server were both outstanding! The restaurant is beautiful but can be a little noisy. This time we were seated in the back room (the Outfitter) and liked the cozy feel of that dining area.
The food was great and the ambiance was relaxed. The Foundry is a beautifully decorated restaurant that is casual enough to dress up or down for your night out. Most people were casual, enjoying dinner with family or friends. They offer a nice beer, wine, cocktail selection, and the food is very approachable. A solid menu of sandwiches, pizza, and larger plate offerings…none of our meal choices disappointed!
I had the catch of the day and my friend had the salmon, both were cooked perfectly. Our waitress was very attentive, sweet and knowledgeable!
