the week special pizza’s was dry and overcooked while the pizza chicken alfredo was perfect and tasty. the chopped salad with garnel well, but the garnel would be better if grilled. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Foundry:
Some of the food came out luke warm not hot. They closed the kitchen before we could order dessert or coffee. Just felt like they wanted to push us out the door. We have eaten at the Foundry several times and it has always been very good. We chose the Foundry for our 50 year anniversary dinner with out of town relatives and came away pretty disappointed. I recently tried the burnt ends, green beans, and Mac 'n cheese at The Foundry in Denver, North Carolina. Let 's just say, it was a tale of two halves – 50% of those burnt ends were like culinary fireworks in my mouth, while the other half could have been used as industrial sandpaper. The green beans, on the other hand, were a green dream come true – delicious, fresh, and not a vegetable rebel in sight. As for the Mac 'n cheese, it was just meh, like a lukewarm cheesy hug. But the atmosphere, oh boy, it was on point! I felt like I was dining in a place where even the forks and knives had their own Instagram accounts. So, if you 're looking for an eatery that 's half hot, half not, with great greens and Insta-worthy vibes, The Foundry is the place to be! ️
The staff at this restaurant is wonderful and attentive. They have a large private corporate/banquet room available for events. We dined in for dinner and the price per person ranged from $50–100. The food, service, and atmosphere were all rated a 5 out of 5.
