The best croissant in Denver! I appreciate that they showcase a local roaster. Queen City coffee is fantastic, the food is wonderful, and the wait staff is attentive and very knowledgeable. My family has come here for brunch several times and we've thoroughly enjoyed every dish. We always take home pastries, and the hand pies are a crowd favorite! I highly recommend The Bindery and can’t wait to visit again.

The food was mediocre—neither outstanding nor terrible. The drinks were quite tasty once we finally got the right ones. The atmosphere was pleasant. However, the service left much to be desired. Our lunch lasted over 2.5 hours because everything took forever. It took an hour just to place our food order after they mixed up our drinks. The staff seemed indifferent and unhurried. I wouldn't plan on returning to this restaurant.
