The restaurant offers a mix of experiences and dishes, with some highlights and some areas for improvement. The service varied from indifferent to outstanding, with friendly staff making a positive impact. The food quality was generally good, with some standout items like the coffee rub braised short rib and rabbit pecan pie. The ambiance was enjoyable, and the menu featured a variety of unique flavors and options. Overall, while there were some service issues and mixed reviews on specific dishes, many patrons found the experience delightful and worth a return visit.

Wonder menu and friendly professional staff. Great cocktails!

Very disappointing. we were ignored for over an hour.

Took my daughter here for her birthday everyone working there whether the host or the waitress or behind the bar very friendly and helpful it made for a fun evening the food is fantastic!

The best croissant in Denver! I appreciate that they showcase a local roaster. Queen City coffee is fantastic, the food is wonderful, and the wait staff is attentive and very knowledgeable. My family has come here for brunch several times and we've thoroughly enjoyed every dish. We always take home pastries, and the hand pies are a crowd favorite! I highly recommend The Bindery and can’t wait to visit again.

This upscale brunch spot is a must-visit! They have a lovely shaded patio with French doors that open into a beautifully designed open kitchen. We tried the magic coffee (non-alcoholic) and the classic mimosa, both of which were excellent! We opted to share the Philly omelette, and I'm so glad we did. It was enormous, loaded with onions and roasted red peppers, making it incredibly filling, cheesy, and delicious. We also ordered a side of bacon, which came with 6 or 7 crispy pieces. This place is perfect for brunch, a date night, or even just to grab a quick pastry from their bakery. We can't wait to come back!
