Queen City coffee is fantastic, the food is wonderful, and the wait staff is attentive and very knowledgeable. My family has come here for brunch several times and we've thoroughly enjoyed every dish. We always take home pastries, and the hand pies are a crowd favorite! I highly recommend The Bindery and can’t wait to visit again.

However, th... read more The food was mediocre—neither outstanding nor terrible. The drinks were quite tasty once we finally got the right ones. The atmosphere was pleasant. However, the service left much to be desired. Our lunch lasted over 2.5 hours because everything took forever. It took an hour just to place our food order after they mixed up our drinks. The staff seemed indifferent and unhurried. I wouldn't plan on returning to this restaurant.

We also brought our four-month-old baby, and it was easy to come and go. The dishes have a distinctive and delightful flavor. We especially loved the anise beignets and the flavorful chilaquiles. The service was just okay, but overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will certainly return.

We tried the mag... read more This upscale brunch spot is a must-visit! They have a lovely shaded patio with French doors that open into a beautifully designed open kitchen. We tried the magic coffee (non-alcoholic) and the classic mimosa, both of which were excellent! We opted to share the Philly omelette, and I'm so glad we did. It was enormous, loaded with onions and roasted red peppers, making it incredibly filling, cheesy, and delicious. We also ordered a side of bacon, which came with 6 or 7 crispy pieces. This place is perfect for brunch, a date night, or even just to grab a quick pastry from their bakery. We can't wait to come back!

Parker was excellent. The drinks were spot on—you have to try the magic coffee! The avocado toast ranks among the top two we've had in all our dining experiences in Denver and Houston. It’s a must-try! The rest of the brunch menu was impressive as well, featuring an amazing fusion of flavors and unique seasonings. Highly recommended!
