The atmosphere is very clean and offers a wide variety of options. I visit this restaurant regularly and have no complaints. While I don't want to take away from their drink sales, I highly suggest getting a tea from Lollipop in the same parking lot to go with the Poke. They pair very well together! Rating: 5/5.
My experience at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. They accidentally gave my order to a DoorDasher, and instead of offering a proper solution, the owner suggested that I wait until the Dasher returned to get my order. Not only is this illegal, but it is also unacceptable. The food they remade for me was missing sauce and half of my fish was left out of my bowl. The level of incompetence at this restaurant is shocking.
I didn't have to wait at all and the poke bowl was amazing! I highly suggest adding sauce to it, and their variety of toppings is excellent. Overall, I give the food a perfect score of 5/5.
I’m so frustrated because I love Poke Concept and got my whole family into ordering it and when we started ordering from there, you always got plenty of whatever sauce you requested and it was so good. As time has gone on, they are so stingy on the spicy aioli that I always request one sauce on the side and lately even that’s been stingy so tonight I requested two sides of it. However I didn’t receive either and the bowl was so dry I could barely eat it, super disappointing if it’s a cost issue, offer a way to order sides of the sauce at a cost and I will be happy to do that but I will stop ordering if it’s this dry all the time ruined the whole bowl
