Waitstaff is willing to work with us and they make sure we get our food and beverages. There is no rushing to get done and we can relax and talk.

The food was good and served in a timely fashion even as the restaurant was quite busy. The food could have been hotter. The outside of the restaurant really needs a thorough clean-up and refurbishing.

My group of four ladies had trouble finding a reservation, but... read more I hadn't been to PF Chang's in about 20 years, but I was pleasantly surprised by my recent visit. My group of four ladies had trouble finding a reservation, but luckily PF Chang's was able to accommodate us last minute. We were dressed up for a night out to see the Nutcracker and were looking for an upscale dining experience. Our server was friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the menu, offering great suggestions for our cocktails. The restaurant had a modern, upscale atmosphere and reasonable prices. Overall, we all had a fantastic experience and I won't wait another 20 years to go back.
