For vegetarians, they currently offer plant-based options, but even without those, there are plenty of meat-free dishes and sides available. It's also a very family-friendly place, as they provide childcare and a wide variety of choices, ensuring that even picky eaters will find something they like.

It's disappointing to see such behavior from an adult, particularly in a customer service setting. If Qi is struggling with managing her emotions, it might be beneficial for her to seek help or consider a role that doesn't involve direct customer interaction. If she finds simple questions so off-putting, perhaps this job isn’t the right fit for her. Despite this negative encounter, I want to note that the other staff members were fantastic, and the food was good, albeit a bit cold as I had to wait for a new dish to be prepared. I understand that it can happen when food runs out, so that’s not an issue. Qi, as an adult, I encourage you to work on your temperament and wish you a better day ahead.

Still in the restaurant and was forced to write this because my friend and I just get the absolute worst service ever. hilda didn't speak clearly and gave us at... read more Still in the restaurant and was forced to write this because my friend and I just get the absolute worst service ever. hilda didn't speak clearly and gave us attitude throughout the whole order. her facial expressions were aggressive and she ignored my gf and began my order because she couldn't hear her. absolutely not called for, never again on this panda. I had to stare and make sure that she didn't try to spit in our eating or anything after she treated us. And to think that she speaks Spanish and also had spoken to us in Spanish!

We've been to at least three different locations, and this one stands out for its friendliness. The staff welcomed us warmly as we arrived, and as we left, they took a moment to cheerfully shout, "Happy New Year!"

However, I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have any wontons available. My main concern is that it seemed like the staff was providing smaller portions compared to what I've received at other Pandas; the woman serving was only filling the containers partially. Additionally, some items, like shrimp, come with an extra charge. I'm accustomed to these additional costs, but others might not be, and the server didn’t mention the higher prices when I was ordering. While it wasn't a surprise for me, it could lead to sticker shock for first-time customers.
