We asked for a new serving with a proper lid, but when it arrived, it was the same mashed potatoes with a new lid—this was completely unacceptable. Additionally, the cashier argued with us during ordering, even though he was the one who made the mistake. It took several staff members to finally complete our order because the first cashier wasn’t taking things seriously. Despite the argument, as soon as we received our receipt, he repeatedly reminded us to complete their survey.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. I ordered a Chicken Power Bowl from their menu three times over the past six weeks, and each time I was charged full price but the black beans were missing. Although they processed a refund when I requested it, the experience was still very disappointing. In contrast, I went to Taco Bell on Hwy 73 in Denver, NC, and received a complete Chicken Power Bowl with all the ingredients. The lack of management and attention to detail at KFC is truly appalling!

The service is consistently rude, orders are often incorrect, and the atmosphere is very off-putting—especially due to the store manager. The menu prices have been wrong for years. If you have any other options, I would definitely choose them instead.
