It seems to be operating under certain constraints and they do not offer any alternatives for inconveniences. There have been instances where I have waited at the counter for at least 6 minutes without being acknowledged. It is frustrating to see employees prioritizing drive-thru orders over in-store customers. Shouldn't the customers in the lobby be just as important?

I actually had a pleasant experience regarding the friendliness of the cat in the drive thru, but as soon as I came home, I lacked the half of the order and then opened the box that was my dinner and it is not edible. I was charged $22 for chicken jerky and a handful of soggyries. I'll save the manager to the breakfast. if she can eat it, I don't ask for my money. I hope she's in the mood for a laugh, but something tells me that's not good. this review photos the employee is crazy. I hope they are helpful tomorrow, otherwise I will be sure to add some pictures and an update lol.

Half the times I've gone they close w... read more I've givin this place so many chances and I'm done. Every time I go I have to wait at least 10 minutes in my car in front. Half the times I've gone they close way before close time and also keep their signs turned off.This time I am just astonished at the low quality of food. Ordered a simple 8 piece. Took 15 minutes to bring it out to me. Requested to make my floats when they deliver the food so ilthey don't melt while I wait. They did the opposite. And you can see the quality. Dark crusted chicken means that one of their deep friers oil has not been filtered in a long while so that will taste bad. And looks like the breading was rushed.I use to be a fry cook at a KFC this quality of chicken is way low for KFC standards and it seems like the owners of this location just don't care. I don't blame the staff I blame poor ownership for letting the staff do this
