I've visited City Pub many times, and it had really declined over the past few years. It USED TO have an incredible burger. Thankfully, the reboot was much needed. The renovation is fantastic. The new kitchen and updated bathrooms are impressive, and the food is excellent—be sure to try the green chili and the Big Bang Burger (it’s so good, I could rave about it forever). The atmosphere is great too. It still honors its history as the Toby Jug, but now it's not unpleasant at all. The neighborhood was in dire need of The Hound, and it has truly made a positive impact!
