The service stands out above all—each time, the manager has personally checked in on us to ensure we were satisfied. The servers have also been fantastic. We've sampled the filet, prime rib, braised ribs, and appetizers like calamari and shrimp, and everything has been absolutely delicious! The prime rib, in particular, is exceptional and will definitely bring me back to Chillfire time and again—it's packed with flavor and so tender it practically melts in your mouth. I even repurposed the leftovers to make prime rib eggs Benedict for breakfast! I truly love this place!

Although some of the main courses are a bit pricey, the generous portions and outstanding flavors make it worth it. I highly recommend trying the martini of the moment, but be careful—they're so delicious that you might find yourself enjoying them a little too much! The martini pairs perfectly with the beautifully presented food in a lovely atmosphere. The staff is just as exceptional as the food and drinks.

He made excellent recommendations, fro... read more I had another fantastic meal at this amazing restaurant! Our waiter, Jonathan, was incredibly knowledgeable and friendly. He made excellent recommendations, from the fried green tomatoes to the steak, and gave precise instructions on how to order the salmon for ideal cooking. The manager also stopped by to check on us during our meal. I've never been disappointed during any of my visits to this wonderful place. We will definitely keep coming back!
