Reviews summary
Brider offers flavorful, generously portioned dishes like sandwiches, rotisserie chicken, and vibrant salads that appeal to a range of tastes—including vegan options. Many praise the fresh, well-prepared sides such as Brussels sprouts and sweet potato fries. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, with ample indoor and outdoor seating, plus happy hour specials. Staff are frequently described as friendly, attentive, and accommodating, providing excellent customer care even during challenging situations. However, some find the prices steep for a fast-casual spot, and there have been occasional order mishaps. Overall, Brider stands out as a reliable choice for satisfying, quality meals in a warm setting.

One of my new favorite spots for lunch! Sandwiches are packed with flavor and good size. Highly recommend the banh mi, French dip, or Cajun shrimp but from talking with others I don't think you can go wrong. They are also known for their rotisserie chicken but haven't tried that yet. Great location, tons of indoor and outdoor seating and happy hour specials.Check it out! View all feedback.
What gideon h dislikes about Brider:
The food is mostly quite good, especially the chicken dishes and sandwiches, though there is some variability. The sides are enjoyable as well. However, the prices are quite high and have recently been increased even more. It’s marketed as fast casual food, but the prices are higher than those at many standard restaurants. Overall, I would give the food a rating of 3 out of 5. View all feedback.

Love coming here on my lunch break. Everything is good but I keep going back to the Banh Mi, worth the walk for lunch if you're downtown or in the Highlands.

I absolutely love the staff at this restaurant! They are always incredibly welcoming and friendly. They promptly take care of your order and ensure that all your needs are met with a positive attitude. If you can, try to catch Em when she’s working behind the bar—her drinks are the best! Food rating: 5/5.
I ordered a large lunch for my company, clearly specifying the number of meals needed, but they failed to include my boss's order. My boss even overheard my conversation with them. As a result, we didn't have enough meals, which is quite disappointing considering we spent $277 and my boss didn't receive his meal. To make matters worse, the staff didn't even bother to apologize! If a customer calls about a missing order, it's basic customer service to at least offer an apology or acknowledge the mistake in some way. I wish I could say this place was worth the money, but we definitely won't be ordering a company meal here again.

Great salad options! I absolutely loved the falafel sandwich and Thai salad. The Thai dressing is loaded with flavor. Amazing. My kids love the kids meal options.
This place while it might be pricier. It is worth it! Their happy hour is awesome and the staff here go above and beyond. The picture below is the madras curry. I work nearby and they have brought cookies and sandwiches to just bless their neighbors. I go here for business lunches and everyone I’ve ever brought here loves the Banh Mi and the bowls. If you are in the area this is a great spot to enjoy a casual bite with high quality. Also the manager is super kind and checks in on people while you eat.
I happened to be in the city center and discovered this fantastic restaurant. The atmosphere was relaxed, the selection was impressive, and the staff were exceptional! I tried the Falafel sandwich, which was wonderfully vegan. The bread, chips, sandwich, and sauce were all delicious! For my non-vegan friends, I’d recommend the Chicken Tortilla Soup, Brussels sprouts, and sweet potatoes. There’s nearby parking available, and the casual vibe (I had just come back from a hike) combined with the warm atmosphere makes this place a definite spot I plan to return to!
