Outstanding service, delicious food, and thirst-quenching drinks. I started with the Melon Agua Fresas and this drink is more like a mocktail. Shaken, served in a cocktail glass, garnished with rosemary, and cane sugar on the rim. Just delightful. For food I had the esquites (elote in a bowl), gazpacho, and seared tuna bowl. What Mmaarrss doesn't like about Bartaco:
I tried some vegan tacos at this restaurant and they were delicious. The options included cauliflower, falafel, and mushroom, with the mushroom being our least favorite. Overall, they were all tasty and you can request them without cheese or tzatziki. View all feedback.
Great options including portabello mushrooms, beans and rice that you can get in any number of Mexican entree formats (bowls, tacos, etc). Good and fresh and great when dining with non-vegans.
Portobello mushroom tacos, cauliflower with vegan romanesco sauce, and falafel tacos (also with the romanesco or provided salsas. The gazpacho was vegan and excellent as well. Great atmosphere and great cocktail list. (They make their own tequilas)
Lukas was a great bartender! I asked for a surprise drink and it didn’t disappoint, would definitely recommend if you want a fun vibe in Boulder
Bartaco is the greatest. The fact that my gluten free and dairy sensitive wife can eat here safely just makes this place the best. The pork belly tacos are the best I have ever had, the duck is fantastic, I always get a teriyaki ribeye. Roasted pork is good. My wife loves the Baja fish.
Some of the best margaritas in town. Food was fantastic! I can’t wait to come back. Service was super friendly.
