My sandwich had barely a... read more I ordered the new bacon brisket French Dip, which I had previously enjoyed at another Arby's, but this location really missed the mark. My sandwich had barely any cheese—only a bite contained it—and there were just two very thin slices of bacon. My husband’s fries were cold and seemed like they had been sitting out for a while. The other items we ordered, including jalapeño poppers and mozzarella sticks, were warm but not impressive. We’re big fans of Arby’s and typically visit twice a month. Having just moved to this area, I’m quite disappointed with the quality at this location. I tend to be patient and understanding, especially given the staffing challenges and busy periods, but today was an exception. At the drive-thru, I noticed that the manager and staff seemed more focused on chatting and joking around than on their work. I can't help but wonder how long the fries had been sitting out and why more pride wasn’t taken in preparing the specialty sandwiches they offer. When you create a premium sandwich, you should deliver it as intended. The attached picture shows my sandwich, which had cheese and bacon only on one half. I ended up adding my own cheese when I got home.

They were also running a great promotion at the time. As for wheelchair accessibility, they had designated parking spaces and a few tables specifically designed for easy access.
