54thirty Rooftop - Denver
54thirty Rooftop
Description
Perched atop Denver’s tallest building, this rooftop bar impresses with stunning city and mountain views paired with a lively, youthful atmosphere. The cocktail menu shines, featuring creative frozen drinks and standout espresso martinis, though prices lean high. Small plates complement the beverages well, but large meals are limited. Service is consistently praised for being friendly and attentive, with staff eager to accommodate seating and temperature comfort via heaters and fire pits. While seating can be scarce during busy times and the evening fans may cause mild discomfort, the overall vibrant ambiance and panoramic vistas make it a must-visit for both casual afternoons and energetic nights out.

I dig rooftop bars. You get to know the city from above, enjoy some nice weather, and hopefully some nice food and drinks. 54Thirty is all of that. The place is built for socializing: there are no individual seats, not even at the bar, so you'll haveto likely share your area with other folks. Which is fine: the people here are usually cool, but it's not the best place for amore private lunch. The food is great; their Waygu tacos were surprisingly filling, especially for the price. And they've gotsome nice brews and cocktails. The staff checks on your often, which is nice. Worth checking out if you're out and about withyour crew!
You should definitely visit this restaurant for the stunning views! I went in the evening, so we couldn't see the mountains, but the overall experience was still amazing. It was a random Tuesday night at the end of summer, and my friend and I managed to grab the last two available seats. I tried the Elevated Old Fashioned, which is made with apple bourbon and smoked maple syrup—quite an unusual flavor combination, to say the least. In fact, most of their signature cocktails seemed a bit unconventional, so I might opt for a simpler, off-menu drink next time. Nevertheless, I’m giving it five stars for the views and the ambiance. It's definitely worth a visit!
One thing I didn't like was the large ceiling fans that were blowing air right onto the customers. Since we visited in the evening when it wasn't hot, the fans made the space a bit chilly, and they were blowing people’s hair around, which was somewhat distracting. We ended up finishing our drinks quickly just to get away from the draft. Aside from that, it was a delightful place with a great selection and a beautiful view.
We absolutely adore this bar! We've visited a few times, and during our latest trip, we decided to share several dishes. The wagyu tacos are a must-try—they're simply incredible! The frosé was delightful as well, and the views are definitely a standout feature. It did take a little while for us to be served, but once we were attended to, everything went well. We will definitely return!
From the views, to the overall vibes that this rooftop bar had to offer… their cocktails were spot on and carried a reasonable price with them. The overall ambiance despite the crowd was surprising, and I can only imagine how much fun it would be with a group or a night out. Will be returning, thank you!Wheelchair accessibility: There are 2 elevators to get to the floor (20) and the isles are wide enough that anyone would be able to access the area. Hope this helps!
