They made a simple sandwich order wrong, but management came down like Thors hammer and eyeballed them until my sandwich was remade properly! This which wich used to be pretty good with customer service. The guy who took my order was a bit cold and just sighed when I asked him if I couldn't fill out the order myself. He just seemed annoyed. When I got my order they put all of the wrong things on there. It was kind of a bummer and upsetting. It discourages me from wanting to order from there again. I always order the avocado sandwich. For $12, I expect it to be right. THREE times now, they forget the avocado. They are in need of serious training.
