They made a simple sandwich order wrong, but management came down like Thors hammer and eyeballed them until my sandwich was remade properly! This which wich used to be pretty good with customer service. The guy who took my order was a bit cold and just sighed when I asked him if I couldn't fill out the order myself. He just seemed annoyed. When I got my order they put all of the wrong things on there. It was kind of a bummer and upsetting. It discourages me from wanting to order from there again. Haven't been to a Which Wich since 2010. This one was just as good as my little child self can remember. My only complaint is that the order kiosks are a little cramped, but otherwise, I love it. That whole little store behind Eagle Landing is my new favorite place on campus.
Is there supposed to be mold on the bread? Is that a new option?
I always order the avocado sandwich. For $12, I expect it to be right. THREE times now, they forget the avocado. They are in need of serious training.
This whichwhich can do no harm. theres magic in their fingers or something because every time i get it… it hits.
Definitely my favorite place to get a lunch/dinner at UNT. My suggestion would be if you have a long day, get a large sandwich, eat half for lunch and then eat the other half for dinner.Efficient with your money and the sandwiches stay pretty good usually.
