I placed an online order and paid with my debit card. When I arrived at the restaurant, they did not have my order ready, even though the payment had already been taken from my account. There was no manager on duty to assist, so I had to call corporate this morning to resolve the issue. View all feedback.
The manager there is really focused on keeping the place as clean as possible and the food looking like it belongs in the commercials. They've had a lot of new people training lately, so If there's ever an issue with an order. Talk to the manager, he tries to make things right. If there's ever an issue with anything and he's not in the store, just fill out the survey on the reciept and leave a comment about it. The manager, as well as the store owners see it and it gets addressed. Plus, if you bring the reciept back with your survey code. That gets you 2 cookies or a 20oz fountain drink for free
This is the best Subway you will ever visit! Believe me! It is always clean and the vegetables and meats are neatly stacked and look freshly cut. This creates an efficient environment. I have tipped many times because I can't help it! The service is outstanding, so much so that I created a Gmail account just to write a review. Thank you, guys, for making me a delicious sandwich and a happy customer.
