What User doesn't like about Killer's Tacos:
Great sauce selection of good taste questionable tacos, chicken tinga was simple chicken with onions and cilantro with from the Tinga sauce. If your Hispanic you know what chicken is Tinga or at least the sauce? tortillas questionable, where is the oil, the fat, the taste of the meat on these tortillas, overall I would say Tex Mex but definitely not roads tacos. By far my favorite little Taco shop in Denton. I try to go at least once a week. Delicious, simple and fast, Killer's often has live music several times a week. At the time of writing, Killer's also has an excellent Taco Monday deal for buy 2 get 1 tacos. You really can't go wrong with anything on the menu.
Best punk venue. The servers were so nice. The food is to die for and it is so cool to be able to vend here.Vegetarian options: Very helpful when it comes to accommodating certain dietary restrictions.
Don 't order the more expensive specialty tacos, they 're mostly a rip off and not very good. The Killers Original which they claim is their best taco is bland and terrible. Stick to the street tacos at this place. I recommend getting barbacoa and adding feta cheese to it.
All of their tacos are stellar but the vegetarian chorizo and the shrimp tacos have to top my list if you haven't tried this little hole in the wall yet and you love tacos give them a shot you'll fall in absolute love with themVegetarian options: Their vegan and vegetarian options are truly that and truly tasty
We love Killer's. Our family visits Denton 1-2 times per year and we always make sure to stop by for lunch or dinner. A hidden gem in a residential neighborhood!
