I come here for breakfast at least 4 times a week on my way to work. Every morning I am greeted by either Lena or Jacob. They have great customer service skills, and always serve me with a smile and a “have a nice day.” Without fail they are a wonderful start to my day on my way to work. What Matthew lay doesn't like about Panera Bread:
I go to use my sip pass and usually there's somebody at the counter. Today there wasn't and I heard somebody back there so I was hollering for them but they were blatantly ignoring View all feedback.

Short staffed and the rewards system was not working. But great coffee tea and bagels.
My soup and bagel were delicious. Service was a bit confused, but met my needs. Great place for a meeting.
