The pepper... read more The Dam is a stunning new restaurant in Denmark. They serve dukkah as an appetizer and their latest menu features stuffed peppers as the main course. The peppers were incredibly tasty, especially when paired with a delicious Cashew cream. I can't wait to try their next menu update. They also have a fantastic drink selection.

We started with the hors d'oeuvres and I ordered the Buddha Bowl. The gin was also fantastic!
